= Muslims of America

Muslims of America "Asslamo Alaikum, I was a young woman living between California and the UK. My close friend had become a Muslim in the UK and I thought she was making a mistake. I went away and carried on being a party girl, chasing money yet for some reason none of this and nothing could bring me happiness, no matter what. I returned to the UK and visited my friend who was simply so content with her life. She gave me different booklets and I found myself reading them at 3 am, after I had returned from another night of clubbing. After some time I knew in my heart that the Quran was the true word of Allah, the perfect life guide, and I soon became a Muslim. Alhamdulilah, then my late grandma embraced Islam at 82 years old, and my auntie and younger sister did too. What I want to say is to the reverts don't give up on your family, and to the born Muslims, hold on tight to Islam that you have been blessed with from day one, and to non-muslims look at Islam with an open heart and mind, because it is a beautiful thing full of equality and happiness for all mankind. We all need food for our souls and that is only through worshipping the one true creator, Allah. Alhamdulilah for everything." - Sumayyah ‪#‎Sister‬ Sumayyah ‪#‎Irish‬ ‪#‎Muslimah‬ living in the ‪#‎UnitedKingdom‬ ‪#‎Mashallah‬ ‪#‎Islam‬ ‪#‎Hijab‬ ‪#‎Allah‬
